Cancellation and Refund Policy

1) A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

2) A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 0 to 24 hours of the scheduled service time.

3) There are no rescheduling charges if done 1 hour prior to the scheduled service time.

4) A 10% rescheduling fee will apply if made within 0 to 1 hour of the scheduled service time.

5) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.
